Booking Process

Once you have identified a cruise for you there are two ways you can process your order- either online via the sales process or by contacting our office and booking directly with one of our Sales Team. Please see your options below:

 

ONLINE

  • Create yourself an account on the website completing all there relevant details
  • Select your cruise, date & room type
  • Opt to pay a deposit only at this stage or pay in full.
  • Add your product to Cart & check via our E-Shop paying via Credit / Debit Card.
  • You will then receive a purchase order receipt with your booking reference.
  • On receipt of your order we confirm your places & send across documents to you for completion & provide your with your E-Travel Pack with all your trip documents.
  • 12 weeks before departure you log back into your & clear your trip balance via card payment.
  • All relevant outstanding paper work is completed & sent to you via your E-Travel Pack.
  • Head off on your cruise and enjoy yourself!

 

 

TELEPHONE / SALES TEAM

  • Call our office number directly & speak to the sales team
  • Identify the cruise you wish to purchase
  • Confirm date, room type & total amount due with sales team
  • Process your order via card payment or bank transfer
  • You will then receive a purchase order receipt with your booking reference.
  • On receipt of your order we confirm your places & send across documents to you for completion & provide your with your E-Travel Pack with all your trip documents.
  • 12 weeks before departure you log back into your & clear your trip balance via card payment.
  • All relevant outstanding paper work is completed & sent to you via your E-Travel Pack.
